A new year offers the opportunity to start over and make a commitment to cutting through karmic patterns./  Being vigilant about watching the mind is the only way to stop suffering./  When you took a body certain things were embedded in your cells to work on. It’s deeper than just trying to change your mind.  Look at your repeating patterns.  Notice and name the feelings or emotional experiences.
