SHIPPING

All products are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 5-10 business days. Allow 10-14 business days for products shipped outside of the United States.

REFUND POLICY

PRODUCTS:

MasterDK.com endeavors to offer excellent customer service for our products and services. In general, all sales are final except for defective products which may be exchanged for the same product. All MP3 sales are final.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage.

PERSONAL SESSIONS:

All personal sessions need to be paid in full prior to the session. All sessions need to be cancelled or re-scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for failure to keep a scheduled appointment or for late cancellations. No refunds will be issued after the session.

SEMINARS AND RETREATS:

For live events, a full refund less a 10% processing fee can be obtained up to 90 days prior to the event. A 50% refund may be obtained between 60 and 90 days before the event. No refunds will be issued on events later than 60 days prior to any event.

SUBSCRIPTION SERIES:

No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of any subscription series unless the product is defective in which case it will be handled according to the above-stated policy under "Products."

LIVE BROADCASTS OR TELECONFERENCES:

No refunds will be issued for such events.
